Using direct mail as a real estate broker is good, but having a direct mail strategy is even better!

Indeed, real estate direct mail may be an essential and powerful tool, but using it without having a strategy is the equivalent of throwing your money away.

Above all, having a good direct mail strategy means being able to have a specific action plan throughout the year: this has several advantages, in particular to be able to plan your direct mail strategy and organization over the 12 months of the year, to be able to send to your prospects different kind of paper support depending on the time of year, but also to build their loyalty through constant, continuous and regular communication, and this, always in a spirit of innovation and products offered that are always in line with the period covered. For the months of April and May, focus your communications on your real estate news: show your prospects that things are happening for you! And for July, take the April/May strategy as a basis, adding the essential info-broker cards in order to spread your contact details and your brand image in your preferred sector, and inserting discount coupons in partnership with a local business, it's always a must! Do the same in August.

In September, ride the back-to-school wave and send off a notepad! It's time to redo post-holiday to-do lists as well as school supply purchases.

For November, focus on personalized letters and envelopes, allowing better attention from your prospects.

And in December, it is of course the time for greeting cards!
